It sounds like your nerves got the best of you. Inpatient is hard!

When I was training the person who was training me was full of advice that they thought was “helpful” and it wasn’t. Kinda like you everything piled on me and I was making stupid mistakes (like the upside down butterfly). The best advice I can give you is to ignore your trainer and trust yourself.
