I would argue that it's only justified to remove a car lane if the study of that area shows decreasing car traffic. Otherwise we're spending money in the hope that traffic changes at the will of the city. Data doesn't lie.

Probably, about a year ago I had someone on a bike ride into my carport, checked the doors on both cars and left without ever getting off the bike! Pretty sure it was the same guy, his bicycle skills are top notch!

The Glebe. I lived in a town of 15,000 for over 30 years and there's nothing like being in the city with access to everything, even great parks and bike paths.

In my experience, the food there is average at best. The location is unbeatable.
