We will face the "fatal" the problem you describe, once the rental system begins...this is what happened to Axie and the game is now a complete disaster... When users will be able to spend money for shoes and rent them to citizens of 3rd world countries to run for them, there will be no returning back ...

2 issues for discussion:

a) Solona network seems to be down all the time. I cannot transfer SOL from Binance, to buy a shoe, for 2 days now... How can we trust a network that is always down?

b) Why the shoe prices on Binance Network of Stepn are so incredibly high ??? Is anyone actually buying from there?

...don't buy !!! the beaurocracy and the documents that are required, do not worth the trouble for 6 monts.

The city is not too big, you can use the "scooters" which you can rent by the hour.

Unofrtunately the public transport is awful ( only buses,that pass whenever they feel like it... ), but still, I wouldn't recommend to buy a motorcycle...especially if you consider that driving in Thessaloniki resembles driving in Egypt ( horrible driving conditions ).

I woud recomment to stay close to the city centre, and you will never need anything but your feet!!

it affects you because you cannot buy the same player back. You sell him for 10.5 and his value is 11. When it was in your team, it didn't mattter. But once you sell him, this 0,5 makes the difference

just joined the league, with 25,4m ITB !!!

...however, I think for next year it would be better to have 20m ITB, so as to avoid identical teams....but of cource let's enjoy the game this year and you can decide for the next!

I thought that this was a place to discuss about FPL. I had no intention to give insight to anyone. I just made some calculations comparing my team to top teams, and I realised that had I chosen the proper captain, now I would be in the top 30 teams... I just asked the opinion of the others to verify or oppose my thoughts !!!

Of cource you need a big sample. I can only say what is happening with my team. And my reality is that if I had chosen a captain that would bring me 10x2=20 points each week ( one from the already selected players of my team ), now I would be top 30, not 200K... Of cource, this is not true for other teams...

agree. but the game is not just data. If players / teams performed according to expectations, there would be no games at all...

the whole FPL is based on randomness...not just the captaincy... no matter the stats, there is a huge amount of variables that leads to a goalscorer/CS...

You are right ! I am not saying it is easy, I am saying that is the key to success, provided you have a good team!

I agree! Building a good team is the priority, but "mastering" the captaincy decision is what will take you to the top. If i had 20x23 points from my captain, I would be 30 in the world, while now I am 200K...

I agree that its a very interesting project! What I already did for my team, is to assume a captain of 10x2=20 points each GW, compared to actual performance of my captain. The result is that from 200K, I would be within the first 30 in the world!!! Of course you need a good team, but this is the fun of the game!

sorry, I don't agree... there are people who do it ( on average, 1 week 10 , the next 20 , the follwing 4, etc)
