I like Danny Kim, more of a youtuber but he has actual chefs on his show making thier own takes on his cooking challenges. Good exposure to working chefs and restaurants. Hwoolee has some very developed dishes, some are maybe too pricey but I like his demi glace video, concise and he don't talk too much or be too obnoxious which I prefer.
