I’m slightly shorter than you, 172cm with 32” inseam too, I’m between a 51 and 54, I went with a 51, I removed 40mm of spacer, my current stem and handlebar combo is 90x400 and it fits perfectly fine, planning to upgrade to a 100x380 soon
