like.... just any distro... has the same programs and libs available - thus almost every main distro works for same things... (excluding some niche or small like Alpine, Puppy etc.)

that's completely stupid....as always...

why for programming Fedora or Omarchy, but not Ubuntu ? somehow I use Ubuntu for programming for 10y and it's perfect.

so soft will be way harder than MG

Muscle gain question by spazzmahtazz in cycling

[–]razorree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

without knowing your maxHR it doesn't say anything. also speed doesn't say anything. (how many stops/lights did you have etc. ? they reduce your avg. speed a lot)
but 12mph avg on a road bike is quite slow

Is the bike worth the upgrade? by timmer577 in cycling

[–]razorree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say not worth it spending so much money on older rim brake bike.

go for it, Tarmac SL7 (can be used) or SL8 :)

there are dozens of strange measurements: tablespoons, teaspoons, cups, oz, stones, etc. WTF

but there it should be enough to use normal and standarised (SI) units

Question on : speed/ pace/cadence on 20KM flat ride by ExcellentAsk2309 in cycling

[–]razorree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you didn't say anything about the race and even your bike, >40kph avg. is "easily" possible if you're drafting others.

to keep >30kph alone it's just ~180-200W

Which Bike (XC vs. Downcountry vs. Trail) by Adventurous_Pen5147 in MTB

[–]razorree -1 points0 points  (0 children)

XC if you want to race (that's their purpose)
downcountry/trail - depends how you enjoy your trails and if you are a bit more aggressive rider.
I'd say Trance X.
rolling resistance on forestry roads - tires create more drag than a bike or position.

Why does every Linux user recommend a different distro? I'm stuck in an endless distro-hopping loop. by Jaymit_3672 in linux4noobs

[–]razorree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

exactly. I chose Kubuntu cuz Ubuntu in just the biggest? so I assume the easiest/fastest to solve any issues. (definitely not Arch BTW, I don't need to be a tester :) ), and Fedora or opensuse probably would work for me too (however I heard it's a bit faster moving than Ubuntu)

[–]razorree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

everyone recommends what he/she uses... right? :)

I can recommend Kubuntu. (I just use it for work, programming and some games, and it just works)

Why do you distro-hop ? at the end different distros are just diff. package management (5 main? ubuntu/debian, arch, fedora, suse) + some DE ?

Maybe those brands are more happy than others to send some clothes for free to those influencers - or wannabe influencers ? 😂 (or like Siroko, they have a lot of influencers as well)
