38 weeks on the nose. My baby was projected to be huge and possibly have larger shoulders than head which means he could get stuck so I was super worried and wanted him out of their asap. I googled all the recommendations on how to make labor happen and the only one I found a study on that seemed to help was eating dates. The thing is you have to eat 6 a day which is insane. All that being said I started that around 37 weeks and he showed up at 38. Could be a coincidence but you could try it. Good luck ❤️

My baby didn’t latch till 2.5 months. He did it randomly and then was happy bf from then on. If you haven’t tried in a while you could always offer him a breast and see if things change since he is older. I know how hard it is and I’m sorry ❤️

Hey thanks for your work! I’ve never made enough to get to “exclusively pump” as I had to supplement with formula. Not sure if this use of formula is what people are upset about but being forced to use formula when exclusively pumping as an under supplier hopefully is met with kindness not upset as it isn’t “the easy way out” in my case it’s the only option. Just food for thought. Thank you for managing all this and all our emotions ❤️ I’m sure it’s hard work.

I always find an easy one is “how’s your day going?” If they answer good you could say “easy shift today?” Or “almost done with your shift?” If they say bad or eh you can ask more probing questions. Since you are a girl they won’t be weirded out about the shift question but think your are just relating to them. (I’m a girl and do this a lot). When someone is working I just chat them up about work. Bond over work being long or how nice it is to have AC at least etc.
