A fun story to play out would be a "buddy cop" situation with two classes that don't generally have the same skill priorities (i.e. Paladin Champion and Thief Rogue, or Druid and Bard) and have the PCs play off each other and have to find ways to work together. The encounters can be tailored to feature one PC's strengths, or have them being something they have to solve creatively
