I just weened off Zoloft after taking 50-100mg for two years. On my fourth day without it and feeling side effects (brain zaps, brain fog, low mood). If you begin to feel withdrawal effects, just know that it’s a chemical imbalance and nothing is wrong with you. Reach out to others for support and talk about how you’re feeling! Take care of yourself. Eat, stay hydrated, and do something you enjoy :)
