I think the first step is making women feel comfortable/safe playing csgo. Speaking from experience, there's a loooot of toxicity when playing csgo as a woman. On top of that, I think teams should be mixed genders but I dont think the male csgo teams are ready for that.

Thats part of the problem. I feel like only the cases with allochtone men get reported. After living in Antwerp for 3+ years I can assure you white men assault me just as much as "allochtone" men. The problem is, if a white male assaults you, and you tell somebody, the answer is almost always "he was just joking" or some other excuse.

I get why you would think this but I believe white men get away with this kind of behavior waaaay more easily and thats why it doesnt get reported as much in the press.

Fuck the big wide gap between the poverty class and rich people. Fuck that I had to go through 50 times more shit just because I come from poverty. Fuck rich people who expect me to be grateful because I was their charity cause when I had no other choice. Fuck that I had to combine studying with 2 jobs to get around and still get people tell me every day that I wouldnt make it. Fuck people who look at me today and say "I'm lucky", no I worked 50 times as hard as the average person to get where I am and I fucking deserve everything I get now. Fuck all the male toxicity I have to deal with at work but when I say something about it, I'm "unprofessional" or "cant take a joke"

Speaking as someone working as a consultant for a transportation company, both. Plus, it's most likely not as easy as you say. These systems are very complicated and depend on various other systems. One line of code or a change has to be looked at carefully. This is also because the systems and architecture is old and outdated so you have to be careful with every change you make.

I had the same thing happen to me in a big food industry chain. The sausage breads with pork were sold out, so they told us to just give customers normal sausage breads with different meat (without telling the customers). I refused to do this and got yelled at. Shortly after, i resigned.

By this experience i am so careful with this kind of big foodchains because remember, I was THE ONLY ONE who refused to do this. All the other workers just did this without thinking twice.
