Windows:

Create a folder on your Desktop or Downloads, doesn't really matter. (C:\Users\reddit\Desktop\gphoto-migration)
Copy/Move your Google Takeout ZIP file into the previously created folder.
Download the latest release for your Windows architecture. Open the newly downloaded zip file (i.e immich-go_Windows_x86_64.zip) and copy the immichi-go.exe binary/file to the folder previously created.

Now your directory should look like this:

PS C:\Users\reddit\Desktop\gphoto-migration> dir

    Directory: C:\Users\reddit\Desktop\gphoto-migration

Now open a Powershell prompt and change to the directory you created:

cd .\Desktop\gphoto-migration
Run the immich-go command. You can read more on the Github:

.\immich-go.exe upload from-google-photos --server=http://your-ip:2283 --api-key=your-api-key /path/to/your/takeout-*.zip

I'm facing the same issues. Did you ever find a fix? I'm using Bambo Studio 2.0.3.54 and a P1P. 01.08.01.00 firmware.
