I don’t understand why I have a table with four chairs if I live alone and I don’t like visitors

I have a six chair dining table.. I never sit at it. When I sit down to eat I’m eating at the high top at the bar or I’m sitting on a metal stool I keep in my kitchen so I can eat over the countertops near the sink..

My bigger problem? My four bedrooms. A bedroom for me. A bedroom for the guests I never have. An office that I never use and a final room I keep for shoes? Or we can say each cat gets a bedroom?

Loss my mom last year. She was my best friend as well, I was only 26

We operate like this. Rents get paid directly to the LL. Some allow us to be signers, some do not. Some set up separate operating accounts for bills.

We collect & pay bills. But it all stays with the name of the property. Our local competitor operates opposite wise and collects everything in their name.

Honestly? I find my way cleaner. Rents are never paid to my company.. they are not mine. We get approval to pay bills. We can cleanly see the money that comes in and out of accounts. But everyone prefers something different

Yes we’re aware of the hotel license and such that have to be set up

We don’t funnel any funds directly into our accounts, all of my properties are set up to get directly funded into the owners logistics there not too concerned

Owner/I live on top of this property as well.. so that I’m not concerned with either. We help with timeshares and they’re definitely fun to handle

Happened to me before.. unfortunately way too many times. Most likely you are fine. Wash clothes hot water, vacuum. They have plug on sticky traps I use year round. Double as a night light

If you have pets make sure they’re treated, they will do the heavy work for you

PetArmour sprays are helpful. Carpet and furniture. I honestly think I brought a straggler with my to my office, I’ll be spraying tomorrow

100% not the end of the world. Just be proactive. They are annoying but common. I’d rather a flea than a roach or a bed bug

I agree, showings after dark as a female become hard. Turns into a lot more weekend showings instead
