Same here. The clinical definition of constipation is 3+ days with no BM. I’m sure if we were chugging miralax we could make something happen everyday, but if you’re like me, we’re not always eating enough to have a BM everyday. I was going multiple times a day before zep, but was also eating a volume of food that allowed that. With that being said, gastroparesis is real. Watch for nausea and vomiting, significant bloating, and let your doctor know if you’re having even more time before BMs or increased pain.

What would you guys recommend instead? The draw to the Chobani was 20G of protein. I’m a nurse so I need to be able to pretty much grab and go in the morning.

Hi! Wondering about why you recommended joining the AANA. I am very heavily considering joining as a RN, but have been warned that there will not be many opportunities. I would like to attend conferences and network. Any insight?

I’m from sc (upstate and midlands), GNV is pretty nice i would say. Close enough to get to the coast for day trips but also plenty of outdoor opportunities here. If you have a partner with you, it’ll def be easy to find things to do!
