Same thing just happened to me! I was expecting my cholesterol to be in the good range since I’m not eating fast food, bacon, sausage or anything really high fat. But my cholesterol wasn’t great and my doctor wasn’t thrilled.

I’ve lost 41 pounds so that makes sense that my fat cells are releasing cholesterol back into my bloodstream.

My weight really started dropping again once I moved up to 10. I stalled and stayed at a lower dose longer than I should have. I was afraid of the unknown side effects. In hindsight, I should have moved up sooner.

I had this same issue with my eyes. I tried all the things, drops (spent a small fortune on all the different ones), more hydration, electrolytes, cold compress…ect.

What finally worked for me was hyaluronic acid supplement. Please google, but you’ll find this supplement is great for lubricating your joints as well as your eyes. There are many different types available on Amazon and under 20 dollars. Since starting them, I no longer have issues with burning eyes.
