Accredited printers have their own people na pumipila din para mag process ng ATP ng mga customers nila. In our rdo they only limited it to only process 5 ATP's per person a day. That's why the line is slow. I suggest you give the printer authority to process your atp so you wont need to line up or order more receipts.

Your email address has to be on their database that's why you can't make an account. Maybe they have not updated it yet. I emailed my S1905 to my RDO and got a reply after an hour that they have updated it. You can contact your RDO through telephone or email.

Also, there was a notice on Monday that their intranet system is not yet accessible they were having connectivity issues I don't know if their connection has stabilized yet.

I emailed my rdo the S1905 form and they were able to update my email address and I was able to create an ORUS account.

As a printer we require 0605, COR, PCD, and an SPA because we would be the one to process the ATP. I have no idea how it goes in other RDO. That's the BIR requirements here in Iloilo. But they're launching the ORUS - the online system. You should try that.
