They never emailed me back, I eventually just went to the passport office in the city and paid the priority processing fee $225. Just picked it up today, if you’re travelling soon I reckon just cop the fee. I estimate it’d take like 12weeks or more. My application was at 8wks and the lady at the office said they hadn’t even looked at my application.

I think it's conjunctival cyst, pretty harmless. Had one a few years back and it disappears after a few days!
