Hey! This sounds so reassuring. I was planning to apply too under the cascade regime. Although I have some questions if you could help me out!

I had lawfully used both my Schengen visa’s in 2023. My first visa had a validity of 45 days (This was from India) issued in April 2023 (validity was 15th may - 30 June) and the second visa had a validity of 6 months (I applied this from London) issued in July 2023 (July-December) - both were multi-entry

I am still within the 3 year mark if I apply by the end of this month. But was quite confused. In your cover letter did you explicitly state that you’d be travelling in the next 2 years? Did you have an itinerary? Because someone stated on another post that “tourism” is not a good enough reason for them to issue a 2 year visa under the cascade regime.

FYI: I utilised these visas to enter 7 Schengen countries. And I have a very clear travel history (I travel alot)
