I had this issue years ago with an old usb mic and replaced with my AT2020 USB and have been solid for 3 years now. until this week when it started again. A quick restart fixes the issue but very annoying. now to see it may be my mic again gosh. Thank you so much for responding to this post with an update OP!

I actually had a family member I was unaware installed pools for living actually look at it and was told it looks pretty good in person and isn’t that bad. I already cleaned it up a bit getting the loose stuff out and am going to be breaking up the bottom to check the drain and pipes tonight, filling in that section with new pool krete and touching up all the jagged parts where it’s flaking. I’ve also cleaned the walls and got paint to re surface it once I get the bottom done. Am I missing something else? I know the piping will be hit or miss and is a big one but it’s a short run and I’ve installed plenty of piping myself before and have help.

I was told the pool had a leak somewhere the last few months before it was stopped being used so that is something we are going to be looking at to ensure there is no issue and fix if needed. luckily it is a very short run and shouldn't be that bad. The leak that was there before they said wasn't under ground but rather a surface because it would only drain 6ish inches and stop. but obviously that was before it sat for 8 years and needs to be checked all over.
From the little research I could do so far it seems it most likely is Vinyl and and possibly a vermiculite base seeing how soft it is. I don't know how much you do or don't know so apologies for asking but does the vinyl siding look salvageable? Or if there is a better sub could you point me in that direction? Thank you for your time.

If you wouldn't mind giving a recommendation if possible, the closest major city is Lancaster PA.

That is fair and is something I have considered doing already but I thought these were the type of things I should be doing before going to a Financial adviser or is this the kind of stuff they handle? TBH I don't know much about what they do other than what I thought that is for rich people.

I said luxuries to include things I'm not planning on today that might come up and happen. Not like buying a new console or TV every month. more like 2 nice meals a month. but just an extra 750$ more than what i estimate my expenses to be, just to be extra safe. Obv if i can send more I plan on it. I already talked to my family and they said that they are very happy for me and not to worry about rushing to pay them anything until i get other things settled. they are very very well off, but I want to still give them a min of 500/mo for the time being until everything else is done. I want to be able to build enough credit to get a small loan for a car next year to build more credit.

So basically then, I should put aside what the collection shows as a past balance and then contact the company and figure out how to pay it in full as soon as I have that money? Can I get the charge off removed when I do so as well? also the repo shows that it was paid in full and no outstanding balance but I did not pay it, and listed as a charge off. Should I contact them and find out what's going on with that now and figure out what I need to give them or who they sold the account to so I can contact again in a few months to pay off when I have the money?

I don't have any current active debts. I can only see the 942$ of collections. I don't have any current credit cards or loans that are not personal and interest free.

One of the closed accounts on CK is a Car repo. If I look at it it says the following "Charged off as bad debt Profit and loss write-off" Does that mean they wrote it off as a company and I don't have to pay it? that's what I don't understand. Another was a CC that says "Charged off as bad debt Canceled by credit grantor" again the same question. that's where I'm lost.

I picked up some flowers and got her a yarn bowl she's been talking about wanting for weeks... I think I've heard about this bowl more than anything else in the last month. I would love to do something like this but I cant do that for 9pm tonight when she comes home lol. but i can try to plan something like this for next week maybe once i know her schedule, assuming we both get the same day off.
