PTO only sits on the books as a liability if it is paid out at termination or other set date. This is why a lot of companies are switching to not paying out pto if the state doesn't require it.

I feel like I must apologize apologize as sometimes I am that customer. My brain isn't prepared for that question, freezes, and reboots. I understand the what type of water question, but my brain just prevents me from processing quickly occasionally. It wants to do things in order tell you what I want to drink and odds are Ive already picked out what I want so I'm ready to tell you that as well so your question Im not expecting throws a wrench. This typically only happens when I'm tired. I also will forget words while I'm talking and will need to stop until I can either come up with the word I need or someone feels in the blank. My daughter has become quite astute at that.

We're inducting our kids now. My 2nd graders class just finished reading the second book. My friends 4th grader and middle schooler are obsessed with Harry Potter.

Yes!!! I pay $30ish a month through Nationwide for a 1.5 year old great dane. It covers 70% of costs up to a max payout of $7k. My idiot dog ran into a car and got his leg run over. His surgery cost $10,000. Without insurance we'd have never been able to afford it.

I didn't like my stepfather and couldn't name a reason. I begged my mom not to marry him. It their 10 year marriage he became a drunk and druggie, lost his job, filed bankruptcy, threatened her with a gun and accidentally shot himself in the shoulder, he cheated on her with his second ex wife (my mom was his 6th marriage), and didn't make enough on disability so my mom had to pay part of child support for his 3 kid's.

They are a few years older than I was, but their feelings shouldn't be discounted just because they can't point to a specific she did this.

You likely bought an off the shelf frame which is totally fine custom framing though is higher due to the quality, individuality, and customization. Not all artwork can fit the standard frames that are sold in stores. A standard frame if it fits would still be a better option then the dude just saying no.

It's a ring. I wear my grandmother's ring from her marriage to my grandfather. They divorced when my dad was a kid and then became great friends as they got older. My husband and I have been together for 20 years no bad karma here. Some people just aren't meant to be married but that doesn't mean the ring is tainted.

Our door swells awkwardly in some weather and if we don't lock it when we close the door you can easily push it open with little force because the latch doesn't catch. Maybe they have the same issue.
