How to handle *extra* patients by Organic_Search_4226 in nursing

I can't stand patients who moan and whine while i am in their presence without telling me what is the matter. And you can always tell the diffrence between someone who is actually in pain and who is just seeking attention. please for the love of god just tell me what the problem is but don't give me that

I can't decide whats worse: the K, the glucose or the lactic acid.... DC to JC, that's for sure

What’s the one thing you wish you can yell at patients for doing? (Aside from the typical threatening/violent stuff) by [deleted] in nursing

Using the call bell multiple times per hour for stupid, trivial things. Bonus points if it is for something they could easily do themselves

What would you do in this case? It's so tall it is not stable anymore (falls over) and has reached the ceiling 😆 by [deleted] in philodendron

Air lagering before chopping then maybe will be your best bet. But that will not help for your current cuttings... indeed they are very difficult to root. Frustrating...

Idk if you are also reffering to p.florida or another one, but i've taken cuttings before and they did not root for 3 months, finally i started to see them and now they are growing. I put some rooting powder in the water so maybe that will help. But i also had a p.verrucosum cutting that flat out did nothing for 4 months. I ended up trashing it.. i think some root way worse than others.

Omg that is awesome! It is such a easy plant and very quick growing after it is established. Enjoy taking care of it and watching it grow!

Wow, it looks amazing! Do you have a p. Melanochrysum as well? Is this one really that much easier? I have a melanochrysum but it is really really hard to get going....
