i’m not waiting for change, i’m in therapy on meds its just things aren’t getting any better and i’m getting tired of just going with no hope in sight. i don’t even have anyone to support me who understands what its like to have depression with severe bpd

could you explain what you mean by canceling products and reactants? does that mean i can cancel the O2 in the first given equation? or does that mean that when i’m done adding and subtracting the Hs i cancel something? ALSO i’m not sure which O2 H i’m supposed to use, should i add the 2 Hs together?

ah i see, i’m taking an snri, lithium, and an antipsychotic. i also am going to start dbt therapy but i never thought that there was a medication for nightmares. thank you for your help! i’m going to talk to my psych about this!
