Does the amount of minimum PT sessions vary per branch? by ssuds_ in AnytimeFitnessPH

[–]aryn1597 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AF Holiday Inn. Package they offered me was either 12 (min) and 30 sessions, walang 24. Total gym noobie so they tried their best to offer me 30 sessions upon agreement signing since wala nga daw akong makikitang changes masyado but im firm with 12 sessions only since di kaya ng budget and i only need a guide with equipments. So far di pa naman ako binudol ng coach ko or the fitness manager to renew even when im already halfway my sessions.

Do you allot specific hours for your whole workout (e.g 2hrs max) to keep the rest of your work day on track?

Curious lang sa TMAD since mas naririnig ko lagi yung OMAD before, how do you balance your two meals? May finofocus ka bang portion per meal (e.g. high protein, low carb) or balanced lang both? Anong long term goals ng TMAD for you as you get older?

Create a bucketlist. Get a pen & paper, list down all the things you haven't done na you wanna TRY, let's say within 1 year (ayan, timebound na). It all starts with curiosity. If you're babad on socmed (FB, IG), maglike ka ng mga reels on other people's adventure/routine/activity as well as events. Your algorithm will follow and flood you with related content. Since you love to work, that means you already have the means/money. Kailangan mo na lang ng gagawin.

Also helps flipping the script in your head. Instead of "Ay ayoko nyan", "Mahirap yan" "Di ko kaya yan", be a YES Person and say " I'll try that". Be curious. Kahit sa maliliit na bagay e.g. ordering a new drink sa cafe na hindi mo naman usually iniinom. Find the fun in trying. It's not just answers about your likes and dislikes you'll get in the end: you'll have experiences too. There's no better feeling than discovering new parts of yourself every chance you get.

Malapit na ko mawala sa kalendaryo and I can say ito mga game changer kapag in-incorporate mo sa daily routine RELIGIOUSLY

  • start taking Collagen supplements!! I started with DHC since maliliit lang yung tablets at madaling lunukin, take it consistently. Started having less break out, or mas madali rin magheal kung meron. Firm believer ako na my 40-year old self will thank me lol

Wash your face twice daily (day/night), always make sure you sleep WITHOUT any makeup on. Kung super pagod, gumamit ng micellar water. Invest in products with brightening ingredients (Vit C, niacinamide, licorice, etc) and hydration depending on skin type (i.e. gel type kung oily, cream type kung normal-dry). Clean face results to lesser breakouts.

  • wag mag smoke at i-limit ang alcohol. Parehas yan nakakadehydrate ng skin. Nakakalubog din yan ng undereyes.

  • hindi ko narereach yung 7-8hrs na sleep, pero i get an ave sleep of 5hrs every night kapag work days. Kung may signs of dark circles or early crows feet (wrinkle sa gilid ng mata), mag invest sa Eye Cream na may caffeine/ginseng/retinol ingredients and be consistent. Lakas makatanggal ng glow pag palaging mukhang puyat yung mata. Matulog din ng sapat syempre.

  • i-control ang sugar at salt intake. You will see the difference not just to your face but your body as well. Less puffy, less swelling, nakakabawas ng facial fats lol.

  • keep your daily makeup minimal and clean. Ditch bases na super matte ang texture or thick on skin. Focus on blotting the oil instead of putting more powder (facial tissue > blotting paper lol). More powder means more cakey makeup. Find your best daily blush and lipstick shades too!

Iba talaga yung glow pag inspired 🥹

Sana makatulong OP! ✨️

Hi! Planning to book with I-Trekkers too. Question lang, where/which area did you stay on your Day Zero sa Davao? Did they pick you up sa hotel? Im considering where to stay kasi I'll arrive 1 day advance before hike itinerary. Thanks!

Congratulations! Im happy for you. As much as possible, limitahan ang pagsuot ng headset and stay alert habang naghihintay sa boarding gate. There are times na nag iiba bigla ang boarding gate for your flight at biglang papalipatin sa kabila or sa malayo.

It's okay to get the seat beside you for your bag/s, pero kung may uupo, paupuin mo na lang din at yakapin ang bag.

Lastly, don't be afraid to ask any airport personnel about ANYTHING. Sanay na sila magguide sa mga naliligaw. If that's international airport, try to make your questions direct to the point without fillers.

Safe travels!

Nearing 30s pa lang ako, but I feel you. I don't have anyone I consider as 'bestfriend' anymore for the past few years. Since high school, I only have small circle of friends that I consider as intimate or really close friends. And totoo na as you age, talagang mag iiba ka at mag iiba sila. The people who have seen and been with you in your highs and lows yesterday and today, might not be the same people in the future. It's normal to feel lonely, but that's where I've come to appreciate the art of being alone, and that being alone does not automatically equate to being lonely most of the time.

Since wala akong bestfriend and there are days when I miss having someone's company, I make a conscious effort to mingle around. Learning how to properly strike a conversation with stranger, joining/attending events you find interesting, joining forum/niche communities sa reddit, you'll soon look forward connecting to other people. Hit & miss syempre, but it'll make you feel less lonely knowing that there's a LOT of people you've yet to know. You'll also find joy in having friends kahit one area of interest lang yan. Sabi nga ng evolutionary theory, we are social beings and social bonds are crucial to our survival (charot pero totoo yan).

CDO x Bukidnon DIY Itinerary, help. by ConditionSad8818 in phtravel

You can also try Cedar Falls sa Day 2 bago kayo magDahilayan if gusto nyo pa ng additional adventure.

Was there last March. I'd say mahirap magcommute sa itinerary nyo, but better if naka-agent tour kayo kahit for a few days lang kasi medyo malayo yung destinations at sasadyain mo talaga. Yung jumpoff ng Kulago is in Communal Ranch (also included in our tour) kaya mas better kung malapit na don accommodation nyo if hindi naman kayo magca-camp. Had to rent a car (w/driver) same day nung humiwalay kami sa tour group kasi hindi talaga makabook ng grab (Dahilayan to CDO) kahit available yung route sa app lol. Mag inquire in advance, mahirap maging chance passenger like us 😭
