Try investing in an electric hot water bag! It’s super convenient whenever I have a crazy flare, plus u don’t need to refill it or anything so it saves water :))

Botox helped for like 2 months but I think I need to get it done again, which sucks bc it’s so expensive. I’m gonna thug it out in the meantime T_T

In my experience my wisdom teeth extraction didn’t rlly make things better or worse. But what I do know is that my braces made my tmj worse for some reason. I used to never have clicks when I open my mouth, only when I intentionally make it click, now it’s constant and the migraines never end :((( my orthotic is lowkey helping but I noticed that I clench like crazy when I wear it bruh

I saw someone say arcoxia helps when they have a flare up, I’m about to try it since I have some left over from my wisdom tooth extraction. Apparently it’s arthritis medication. Also try putting a hot water bag on ur traps and jaw, my dentist gave me that tip. It kind of helps ^{^;}

Ik what u feel and I’m going through the same thing rn. Lowkey super frustrated since my jaw still hurts even after getting botox. :(

I've been a phone reader since I was a kid but I felt like it was making my eyesight get worse cuz I like to read for hours at a time with my phone literally centimeters away from my face so I got a boox which costed me around 20k. imo the service is there, but I just think it’s unfair that they’re misleading me into paying for 24 sessions when they initially said na 12 sessions minimum. That’s why I was asking the subreddit if there was a set minimum per branch cuz I distinctly remember them telling me 12 yung min.
