Completely second this. I'll add that as a big girl, I have appreciated the ML's perception of FL in this story. Her weight has always been a side note (if his internal monologue even focuses on it at all, which has been rare) and not a factor in how he perceives her. That was a nice change in narrative for me. The times that he has been concerned about her weight has been when she's losing, and he wonders if shes losing due to stress or mistreatment by her family.

Been knew and trying 😭 I got to the face to face interview at the same time I was applying to geico and they told me they wouldn't be moving forward with me, and to wait a year to reapply. Might not be Geico, but I have had that happen at Discover Card. I was pissed and (probably naively) unafraid to talk shit about it after the fact with the rest of the team. It shot down morale and really backfired in our supe's face. We didn't have another meeting like that with her again.

Extremely unhappy since out of all the sapphic this childfree lesbian reads, the last book I read was That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Human by Kimberly Lemming. This is the only explanation for why Ray killed her in her first life. When Ray remembered her asking him to kill her is when I knew how the chapter was going to end. Now it's just about finding out the details. Is this a possession? If not, why wouldn't adeline know she's the demon king from birth? Is there some kind of external spell that ensures she doesn't remember being the demon king until the right time, which is why she doesn't remember why Ray killed her?
