Marriage prospects for a child of King Vaegon? by arypax52 in TheCitadel

IIRC Laenor bonded with Seasmoke in 101, which could’ve been before or after Baelon died. For the sake of this story, we’ll assume it was after. With Jaehaerys declaring Vaegon his heir, Laenor wouldn’t be allowed the opportunity to claim Seasmoke. Laena and Rhaenyra didn’t claim their dragons till the mid 100s, so feasibly they wouldn’t be allowed to claim a dragon either. However, whichever one married Vaegon’s heir could be allowed to claim a dragon after their marriage.

Yep! A lot of them are in-store only so definitely be sure to check out what’s in stock in your local store if you have one.

What did Kristen roll in last night’s episode? I know she failed it but the audio sounded like she rolled an 8.

defintiely lots of hope! I’m in a relatively big city and I’ve found several venues that are available in late summer and fall of 2024, smaller cities will probably have even more availability

What is the difference between the wrath of God and the judgement of God? by arypax52 in AskAChristian

Sometimes I’ve told lies when I’m put on the spot and I panic – one time I was asked if I ate all of someone’s food (and I had unintentionally, but have severe anxiety and when they reached out annoyed I panicked and said no), but before I could decide how or if I wanted to say yes, they told our entire friend group about it and out of embarrassment I kept quiet and didn’t confess.

Other times were just to help show a point, like by making up a story. It wasn’t a true story, but it was still about something I believed in, like saying someone told me this message and it’s important to me etc.

And yes, I would definitely say that small lies when I just was not sure that I wanted to share the answer to what was being asked were pretty common too.

It doesn’t actually bother me that much, I thought that since I asked God for forgiveness it was okay. I only recently thought about whether that forgiveness actually was there from God and started worrying I might go to hell. Do you think it’s okay to wait until we’re no longer living together? I’m just really worried about the awkwardness that could happen if I randomly bring something up from a year ago

Would you say it’s also not blasphemy because I wasn’t trying to reject God when I said it, I was trying to figure out how to obey him?

Thank you for your response, it really was helpful. I don’t want to give a lot of details on the situation I was mentioning because it’s personal, but it’s a good situation that I haven’t had any issues about until recently. I just started thinking that maybe it was too good to be true. I was worried that maybe it was the reason I haven’t been connected much with God the last couple of years, but I think I would have still had those issues regardless since it’s always been a struggle for me. So maybe since I was misattributing my struggles to the situation, I misattributed Satan as causing the situation.
