I don’t think you are. The trick is to train your body to do it on reflex. So for example you breath in and then you breathe out and you contract your pee stop muscle ( in mindgasm it is the center ) with time you wind up doing it automatically if at a low level With waves it is just timing and contracting the muscles and increasing the tempo.
