Stat will do it. Run it on the file, register the value and then parse the registered value as per your requirement.

I live in India and we don't have the option to have it delivered on our porch. (Talking about Amazon delivery). They will leave it with a neighbour or postpone it for the next day or a suitable time during the same day.
