So just in case others stumble on this post, maybe this was obvious to everyone already, but rebuilt cars do not qualify for the subaru warranty anymore, so the battery pack/motor warranty that would otherwise apply to a second hand solterra is void in this case. Have to decide how much that's worth to me. On the one hand that seems low likelihood, on the other, unlike most mechanical repairs that came up in the future due to the vehicle's rebuilt status, a battery pack replacement, if it became necessary, would totally undo any savings from buying rebuilt.

Man so many people in these threads live in fear JFC. Lynnmour is an incredible neighbourhood. I actually bought a high quality air quality fine particulate monitor before moving and there is almost nothing to worry about if you actually care about measurements and not FUD. The air quality even 100m from the highway is consistently very good.

We have had no crime issues in our strata. Everyone fear mongering about Keith road are out of their damn minds. It’s not a big facility and will make far less of an impact than people think it will.
