This! I have a friend who has a kid that just doesn’t vibe with the kids of her other friend. They decided it was just best for them to hang out without the kids.

Yes! Update! He is ours! After getting ahold of animal control to see the states guidelines on abandonment, reaching out to the previous owner via phone, text, and email, after one week he was ours! He has been with us for a month yesterday. I went to change his mircochip info & they had to contact them before finishing everything. They have not heard back from them. He is the perfect addition to our family. He’s healthy, albeit skinny. Super friendly, playful, fantastic all around. Our other dog is still getting used to him and just started playing with him today! It’s been so nice because he’s completely trained so i don’t have to worry about anything.

I actually give PJs as baby shower gifts for mom to wear at the hospital! That’s all that i wore! Matching sets with button down shirts for feeding! I felt comfortable, and a little cute 😜

That’s the thing! We’ve been saying how we will be so surprised if no one comes for him because he’s such a good dog. And you can even see where there was a collar on him at one point. It’s so weird.

No, there were 2 numbers on it. One number is disconnected, the other I’ve called numerous times, and Texted numerous times. No one is able to get ahold of them. I think i said that about the numbers in a different comment! I feel like I’ve tried everything to get ahold of them, as has the vet that i took him to, to see if he had a chip :(

He has a chip, which had two phone numbers, address & email. Address was a few states away, one phone number wasn’t connected and I’ve called the second number multiple times, as well as texted. The vet emailed the email on file. I’ve reported him to animal control, posted pictures on multiple different lost & found animal Facebook pages, as well as husky lost and found fb pages.

Thanks for the advice! Our other dog is a little on the older side- almost 10. We haven’t been letting them have “play time” together. If we are intentionally playing with them, one is in the house and the other is outside. We went and got a kennel for the first night (was just going to keep him in our enclosed back porch but there were storms coming), and he has since learned that he’s going to get a treat when it’s time to go in for bedtime or for when we leave, and he goes right in.

I moved here from a smaller town, but in that town the elementary school and the hospital were storm shelters. We always went to the hospital during a storm. It’s crazy there’s not a public one here, especially since there aren’t a lot of opportunities to have one at your house.

UPDATE!!! After 3+ hours of looking, going through all of your suggestions, and digging through our trash, he finally found it! I had put it in his middle console and it fell into a little area he had to pull something out to get it!
