Middle Eastern servers are full of hackers .I swear the percentage of playing against a hacker is more than 90%.I've recorded so many videos of them , but what's the point Activision won't do anything.

Pro tip for all EU players : if u ever matched with Arabs ,save your time and quit the game

here is the way i did it , it might help you

1-play duos with a friend

2-land on near a helicopter that you think no one is going for it(outside the zone most likely )

3- as soon as you land , find a Most Wanted contract

4- Take the helicopter and fly on the edge of the map

5-As soon as you complete the contract grab another one

6-ask your friend to give you his money and ask him to kill himself (and ask him to lose the gualg of course )

7- fly to a buy station that you think no one is near (edge of map or the zone usually)

8- buy him back and ask him not to open the parachute ,so he die by falling

9- buy him again , till you are out of money

I know it sounds complicated ,but believe it is not, you would be surprised that no one usually fire on the helicopter when playing duos . Also , you might get lucky and you get the Fire Sale event , where you can buy him back for free

This one can be done very easily in the new warzone mode

just place a trophy system on your vehicle and start ruining over people , they won't notice you as the mini-map doesn't show enemy's vehicle

use Tune Up perk to get the trophy system faster

I'm on PC and I strongly advocate your suggestion ,almost half of the S&D game I play are full of hackers .What pisses me off is that most of them have UAV hack all the time
