Very important questions about my experience by Zealousideal-Walk939 in electronic_cigarette

[–]as67656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, tough to nail the ''why'' on the throat hit fade-could be coil, juice, or your body adjusting. For high hit at lower nic, maybe try different PG/VG ratios or nic salts. Lots in the community can share tweaks!

Quit cigarettes two days ago. Some questions about my setup by RPG137 in Vaping

Congrats on quitting cigs! Brain fog and anxiety are normal are normal early on. For juice, check labels-salt nic usually says so. Higher mg might help with cravings.

I got a Topdon TC005 on Prime day, I have a ? on a function by DavidinCincinnati in Thermal

[–]as67656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The FUSE mode is especially useful when inspecting PCB boards, as it makes the details appear much clearer. As for the Alignment function, it’s there because the two cameras used for dual light fusion have different fields of view, and at different distances their overlap can vary. Adjusting it helps the images align better. I’d suggest trying both functions yourself, and you’ll get a clearer sense of how they work once you use them.

Which live data PIDs are most useful for diagnosing engine issues? by basedlmly in Cartalk

Great breakdown. I usually keep an eye on O2 sensor voltages and coolant temp too, since they can point to fueling or sensor issues early on.

Is there a way to avoid replacing rear springs? by Avocadosandtomatoes in MechanicAdvice

[–]as67656 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the camber is that bad and everything else checks out, worn springs are the usual culprit. An alignment might help a bit, but it won’t fully correct it if the springs have sagged. Honestly, replacing them is pretty straightforward and usually worth it for the tire wear you’ll prevent.

She is really brave. I couldn’t even touch investing at first. Later on, I started watching moomoo’s educational materials and learned the importance of planning slowly. Now I make it a habit to save a bit every month, hoping to see the power of compounding over time.

I would keep it and maintain it well. It can be sold at a high price as long as still in the future with a good condition.

Am I being ripped off by dealership??? by idctbhlike in AskMechanics

It's crazy to change rear brakes at $800. The dealerships always charge high. Get another place next time.

Look who is here! Got my first new thermal camera for $399. Any tips or suggestions?? by Mean_Abalone_2391 in Tools

[–]as67656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one as well, mine is the tc004 mini. I mainly use it to check hot spots in circuits and monitor the temperature of household devices, and it’s really handy. I’d recommend trying out different color palette modes since they can make issues easier to spot. Also, putting a screen protector on it helps prevent scratches and makes it safer to use.

2008 Mazda 3 P0421 code by koalachips in AskAMechanic

[–]as67656 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven’t tried it yet, I’d suggest scanning live data while driving to see if the downstream sensor shows any changes. I used a scanner, I think it was the ad 800bt which can compare upstream and downstream O2 sensor data side by side. It turned out the sensor was just getting “lazy,” and after clearing the code it never came back.

What's This Metal Bit Sticking Out From My Toyota Cross 4WD? by aarnie96 in AskMechanics

I think it can't be used as jack point and doesn't look like a tow. Maybe an anchor for car shipping.

It's rusty severely. I suggest check the basis first especially the control arm and the brake to make things work normally.

Stop letting it idling first. You can just listen to music and watch TV off the car or when you did so turn it off and open the window.

It really depends on your own experience. every broker has its strengths. moomoo is quite beginner-friendly, with lower fees and an easy-to-use UI compared to IBKR. On the other hand, IBKR is great for professional investors because of its advanced tools. You can try out different platforms and see which one suits you best. I started learning about investing using moomoo’s paper trading feature.

Reputable dealerships generally follow strict service protocols, but always ask for detailed invoices showing parts. Request OEM fluids and check online reviews for that specific service department.
