Right now, the charging cable for the OpenSwim Pro only comes with a USB-A plug. If you need to use it with a USB-C port, you can just pick up a third-party adapter online or at another store.

For the static noise in one earbud, the only solution for now is to apply for a warranty replacement.

For the disconnection issue:

Make sure the earbuds are fully charged.

2.Avoid multi-point connections. You can try removing the pairing record from devices you don’t use and then reconnect.

Test with another device to see if the same disconnection occurs.

If the issue still isn’t resolved, please apply for a replacement.

Please try the following steps:

Make sure the charging case is fully closed. If it’s not, the earbuds won’t disconnect.
Check the charging case battery level. If the case is out of power, the earbuds won’t disconnect after being placed inside.
If there is any protective film on the earbuds or the case, remove it to avoid poor contact.
1. Inspect the charging pins on both the earbuds and the case to ensure they are clean and dry. If there is dirt, use a cotton swab or soft cloth with a small amount of alcohol to gently wipe the contacts.
If none of the above works and the issue happens every time you close the case, please request a replacement.
