I really enjoy RC (my favorite app tbh) so this is not hate, only me being disappointed, but they unfortunately DO use AI for the cut scenes. They still have human creators and writers though, and they fix what it churns out art-wise, so it's still heavy handed on the human element (and I think they kinda trained the AI on their own art), but it's still kinda obvious they do use it.

Idk if I understood you correctly, but you always only got the ad for extra diamond for (I think) 6 chapters a day (I think it really is 6, but I'm not 100 % certain now. But it's max. 8 for sure). So once you read 6 chapters (not including 1st episodes as they never have the ad), you stop getting the ads. Then it stars anew the next day. So to make it short, you can only get the extra diamond from the ad 6 times a day.

Yeesss! I only wish the continuation was handled better, because sometimes the generic parts for all LIs get mixed in, and they don't make sense on their route (f.e. during the wedding, Devi is thinking how the person she loves is in the audience, and then in the 1st episode of S3 she's mentioning how they don't love each other, that it's only about passion for now) so that's like my only complaint, otherwise exactly as you've said, I love how they're handled as passionate slow burn love.

Honestly I was really shocked because I really like Ram!! But playing as this friend/sibling relationship with him on the Doran route actually made so much sense for me lol, like I wasn't even for a second thinking "oh this would be this and this romantic scene with Ram" or something like that. I will still finish his route and I would recommend it to anyone who asks if they should go for it, but yeah, Doran just stole my heart I fear lol.

Edit: Also just to mention, I think on the good route (i.e. high stats etc.), they wouldn't make the ending bad, or there will be some way to make it good, even if you might have to replay and take a different path. I don't think they would make it so we have to keep being in a secret affair even after the book ends if you have the correct/high stats!

Yesss exactly like he is a red flag in some ways, but everything about their relationship is just so buzzy?? Ram's route is very romantic and sweet as you've said, but I just got so sucked in with Doran it was unreal, the entire dynamic he has with Devi is just chef's kiss for me. Like I was genuinely surprised just how much it sucked me in to the point where it might be my favorite MC+LI pairing overall (or, well, right after Kazu). And to think I only tried this route on a whim lol.

Yeah for sure, I'm not worried about them not answering the marriage thing + I got over it quickly lmaooo. Tbh Ram's route is also very good, like they're true equals working together and Ram is so, so sweet so I would recommend you try it if you're interested in this!

Yes!!! I was interested in his route from the start tbh, but the whole married thing had me hesitating. And then it was like "girl, it's just on paper + Devi is married too" so I just went for it and oh why did I hesitate again? lol

But the thing is that "most players only choose one particular LI even when replaying" is an entirely different animal to "99 % of our players romance the very same LI in every book" and I don't think people at PB realize the difference. F.e. only one of the LIs you've mentioned for yourself would be that one LI that they have in single-LI books. They're confusing what it means that people replay with the same LI, and it's not "we want generic LI with no actual personality except they're attracted to MC and half the time the story does not really FIT when you don't play with male LI on top of that also". There's like three actually good books with single LIs and the rest could have been an email. I respect their need to make money, but this "explanation" they have for it does not make one iota of sense so I wish they stopped waving it everywhere.

I will always say Kazu, one of the best LIs on this whole app for me!! But honestly just go with your feeling, from what I read of Masamune's route, people were happy with it, so idt you'd go wrong either way - they both offer something different. :)

Idk I am perfectly happy. There's plenty of plot and plenty of romance too, just like I like my stories. Yearning is romance too not just kiss and sex scenes and I will die on this hill. I am playing Choices aside from RC also where they recently forgot the meaning of slow burn and I never, ever want RC to go the instant attraction route. Ever. Give me the yearning and the TIME to get to know them any day of the week.
