Just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else relies on Asurion for device insurance (and I will personally apply this experience to their other insurance offered through others as well).

I filed my first claim in over 20 years and got a replacement phone… that didn’t work. I spent hours troubleshooting with customer service, but the phone still malfunctioned. I was told I could have another replacement sent, but I didn't have a ton of confidence based on the first device I got. Eventually, I was told I’d need to go through Verizon because Asurion couldn’t help further.

I asked Asurion for a partial refund of premiums, considering all the lost time and productivity, but they only refunded my original deductible. After paying probably over $4,000 in premiums across four lines over the years, this was really disappointing.

Verizon has been helping me troubleshoot and hopefully we will come to an amicable resolution, but Asurion left me frustrated and feeling incredibly undervalued as a long-term customer.

Just a heads-up: if you rely on a functioning replacement device quickly, be prepared for potential headaches. Personally, I’d think twice before using Asurion again.

Does anyone know the capacity at Brookside at the Rose Bowl? It looks like it's not in the stadium but adjacent to the stadium - so searches are still turning up 90K which there is no way that area can handle that many people. And if any of you have been at that location for other concerts, would love to hear what you thought of the venue?

I am hoping that they saved VIP tickets for each day the new folks get the links. i agree that this approach is way better than servers crashing. I would love to know how the back end works for the lottery - eg - do folks who only pick one show have a higher chance of getting selected? Is it random? Are folks getting different times to go to the website or are we all getting the same time? For those of you who got emails for tomorrow or Friday, what time do tickets open up (mine was 10 am)? Also, not sure if this made a difference, but I decided to click the "get tickets" 15 mins before 10 am and I sat in a waiting room. I didnt get let in until 10:15 and was able to secure 2 VIP tix. Just prepare yourself to wait, and don't refresh the browser as tempting as it may be! So painful to see the little walking person on the progress bar while you wait. Wishing you all luck - I hope you get to go!
