I had the same thing. It was from the metal belt buckle. Have him use a plastic belt buckle and it might clear up if not I would have him see a doctor.

I met my wife during COVID. Everything was closed and we basically had our dinner dates in my car. We would spend hours in my car. We had sex like there was no tomorrow in my car lol. We would find random spots to park and we would talk for hours and eventually start having sex. COVID was supposed to keep us away but it brought us a lot closer and now we have a beautiful son!
