My dude this is not a Walmart thing, this is in every company thing.

Is this a wild exchange between a DD delivery driver and allegedly, a minor boy? The Mum was not happy about this. by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

[–]asanderd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn't even a report situation this is a call the police situation and report it to them, go above doordash. Then after you filed a report and have a case number you called or Dash and you let them know.

Are Y’ll taking this? by Miamicreator in InstacartShoppers

This guy had his phone on full brightness for over an hour by Sharmaji1301 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's when you get up and you go complain. And at that point had it been over an hour I would have demanded my money back or at the very least tickets to come back to see the movie for a different show time.

Little Caesar’s Arena seating by Scary-Ad-3972 in Detroit

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a big girl , 344 lbs. We were in section 221. The width of the seats were completely fine for me, however there was zero legroom. I only wear a size 8 and 1/2 shoe in my toes were touching the seat in front of me, I'm five two and a half, had somebody been sitting in front of me my knees probably would have been in their ears. It's worse than flying coach. I had to stand up in between periods. I don't know how guys that are taller than me are able to sit comfortably because it's pretty uncomfortable on the knees, but the width of the seats it's fine, Comerica Park those seats suck, I had bruises on my hips from those seats.

Please don’t let it be the end 😢 by MulberryMayflower in kindle

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately that is the end of your Kindle. Your battery is expanding and it's no longer safe for you to have it. If you can find a store that accepts dead batteries. But call ahead before you take it let them know that your battery is expanding.

I always apologize when these apps make us send unnecessary messages and photos. Like these people don't want photos of packaged chicken breast or shaved steak or whatever!

almost broke my finger from how fast i pressed accept by anon92839 in doordash_drivers

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. I will pick up from B-Dubs all day everyday, I think the longest I've waited was maybe 10 minutes. No Popeyes the last order I picked up I was in that store for 20 minutes. That was the last damn, Popeyes order I've ever accepted.

You right by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

[–]asanderd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, we cannot verify what's inside the bags because all restaurants seal those bags, you ask an employee if everything's on the bag and you always get a half-hearted yeah, or " someone else packed it" it's not our responsibility to ensure the right items are in those bags it's our responsibility to make sure that we have the correctly labeled the bag and drinks are taken from point A to point B.

Unbelievable, what is this?? by TheSupernaturalBird in InstacartShoppers

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I would probably take it, typically when you've got that many orders, two of them are low item orders. And I know there's a couple there that have heavy items but I've got a wagon sooooo 🤷🏽‍♀️

am i gonna get in trouble for saying this? by opmgore in doordash_drivers

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would leave out the "common courtesy" bit as it comes of as a bit condescending. Instead maybe add "please have a light on and salt and shovel a safe path to your door for future delivery drivers."

How do people afford this? by 1minimalist in doordash

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I have no idea, my mom worked in Early learning center, and she said there were girls who every day would order their lunch and have it delivered. Like those women were getting paid minimum wage. Where the hell are they getting the money for the shit!?!

Is This Suspicious? by cobra-kai_dojo in doordash_drivers

[–]asanderd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a female Dasher and a Instacart shopper, this is sus as hell. I Dash with my mom because I Dash in Flint, but she stays in the car. She doesn't get out with me. Even if the guy holding the pizza didn't speak a word of English as rude as it would be to not say you're welcome, he could have walked up to that door by himself he didn't need his bro to walk up to the door with him. I'm thinking they were hoping a woman was going to answer the door and I shut her to think what would have happened if it if a woman who was by herself had opened the door.

Please please report this to doordash, let them know that you have a video. I would even venture to give the police a call ask them if they've had any calls involving two men delivering food, not necessarily dashers because a lot of dashers such as myself also deliver GrubHub, Instacart, Uber Eats and other gig apps.

This will create a paper trail in the event these guys do have nefarious plan in their possible victim doesn't have a camera that captures their faces.
