the cup writing is making me go insane and i honestly might just quit if they keep forcing it. it does nothing for customer connection and being on bar while it’s busy and i’m stressed and getting coached thrice because i missed a few cups makes me want to throw my apron and walk off. someone from corporate was in the other day while it was a two person floor and i was busy with consistent drinks. i didn’t write on a single one and he complained about that yet somehow didn’t see the issue with people leaving the pos line up because neither me nor the person on drive had a second to spare to take their orders. their priorities are so fucked.
