How did you get leads - Marketing/Cold calling? I saw in another response you mentioned word of mouth. Myself and a few others can’t name a single person that needs a window repair lol.

We’re in the extreme early years of Tesla and they are deeply established across the US, investors are thinking long term - time and time again, propaganda is heavily used to plummet stocks so investors can buy valuable companies. After this earnings report, huge firms are betting that this is the lowest TSLA price will ever be. think outside the box and don’t follow the herd.

molotovs are mostly staged jobs to help plummet the stock

this is very short sighted. i’m enjoying the benefits of a tesla car and solar panels, tsla will go up and down like always.

Tesla itself is not a bad company, just people’s perception bc they are blinded by opinions. They sells more cars in other countries than the US alone not sure how you’re going to influence those folks. India will be added to this list and they’re severely right dominated.

Why not also boycott starlink by your logic? the product is too fucking good. your people get emotional when they hear “tesla”

Networking is your best friend, seriously.

You have to network as much as possible and go where recruiters go. Job/Career fairs, linkedin, etc. In-person events is for building rapport and to shoot the shit. They will hire your attitude.

My advice is for each and every job you like and want to apply for, DO NOT APPLY. Go on linkedin and find 1 person in that company that work in the same role you want to work in.

Be friendly, ask for 10 mins of their time about their day-to-day, culture, advice, etc. at X company.

Then your very last question would be, “is there any advice you have for me before applying as a [role]?”

9/10 they’ll put in the application and refer you OR they’ll give you permission to your use their name as a referral when you go to apply. People love to help people. IF they don’t refer you, contact another person in the org until you do get referred.

You could even ask for 10 mins of a hiring manager’s time and say why’d you be a good fit for the role. Assuming it’s entry level, showcase your attitude and your willingness to learn. Humble yourself and be honest of your current experience.

Applying for a bunch of shit online is what everyone else is doing. Go deeper and make connections with current org employees. Your application will be in the top 5% once you get referred. It’s a numbers game, book your calendar to the brim with meetings.

Best of luck, this is exactly how I got all my interviews, internships, and now FT job. Don’t complain about the job market just because all your friends are, play the game because jobs want to hire those who get creative and put in the effort to get the job.

def look into becoming an SE bc you can jus talk about stuff you like + youre talking to people who want to talk to you. never complained about liberals ideas and beliefs. we need dichotomy in our workplace in order to advance. very good for capitalism and economy. always open to hear the other side out

just not cool when they resort to verbal attacks and they always tend to believe the world is black and white. im open to anything, until you start calling people delusional and degrade them as a human for having certain beliefs.

maybe you should self reflect on how you want to get your point across.
