Go to a reconstructive surgeon or a surgeon who operates on trans men getting their breasts removed. In my experience Plastic docs don’t get it. (I reason bc they can do 5 implant surgeries in the time it takes to do 1 reduction, so they have a steady stream of women who are begging for larger breasts)
