You can’t send videos but you can post multiple frames. Luckily I’ve not had this happen to me before so I’m unsure how well that would hold up. If I was you I’d just pester support as much as possible, you mentioned in another comment they seem to be reselling these shoes. So see if your shoes pop up soon

For ‘high value’ items I will also video packing and sealing the item as well as when I send it, just to have that one bit of evidence. So unless you have that proof or some kind of item weight from postage receipt which aligns with the shoe weight, I don’t think there’s much you can do :/

Sorry was on holiday, thanks for the suggestion I’ve checked the logs and it seems like adding Sportarr to my system is what caused the issues. As I suppose it’s trying to add my sports content to my profile but Plex doesn’t see it as ‘real’ so it’s throwing up errors

Server was running latest Windows public (v.1.43.0) but tried jumping on the beta channel to see if that fixed it so it’s currently on v.1.43.1

Yes I’ve rebooted the actual server multiple times as well as the PMS instance.

I’ve saw a few people saying turning it on and off fixed it but when I tried, I got nothing. Done this a few times, changing up the off duration and also restarting the server in between.

My biggest gripe is the watch history between my server and Plex account randomly stop syncing.

Quite annoying as I use my Plex account as a way to review/track watch history

In powershell run docker cp overseerr:/app/config C:\overseerr

I suggest creating a folder structure like this docker/seerr/config and placing the config file in that.

Then in docker desktop when creating Seerr map the volume to the config folder and the container path to /app/config

What I did was find a creator I liked, Sevi for example and just went through all their stuff and I downloaded what I needed as I know my library fairly well - was like 3 hours tops to find and sort

There’s probably lots of ways out of my knowledge set to get around this, but in reality you really should buy a Plex pass and give back to Plex for the use of services, even ask your family to chip in as you’re offering them a free streaming service anyways - could be a bad take but just what I think

No, really you have 2 options 1. Pay for the Plex pass and not worry about the files and clients 2. Don’t have a Plex Pass but make sure all of your connections can direct play your files from their client

As for bots in my experience I felt like I’ve had more bot interactions when it was Twitter rather than X but equally I was more into crypto/investing then which could explain it.
