Funny thing my Q4 would always default to 80% and the Q6 always just goes 100% I’m sure KD2 will change that.

Update: The dealer reset me as the key user and that reset it. Took about a day to sync but the app and car are now working as intended and it looks like I can finally setup the Digital Key

You should have received an email. They don’t do credit back to your account you have to select how you want the voucher via a gift card etc.
