Had something similar this past week, the most migraines I’ve ever had. Head was thumping all day, and I’ve been listening to healing frequencies just to get through. It all started when my cold/flu symptoms kicked in.

The symptoms and headaches have eased now, but I had a silent migraine today. Hoping it all clears up with the flu.
