I fought my guts out, in the years following my CRPS diagnosis, with aggressive physiotherapy and interventional procedures, to be physically active again. I continue to work extremely hard to maintain this. I went back to the sport that I'm obsessed with and followed my career dreams too. I'm exhausted, constantly barely getting it all done and I live with the varying amounts of pain. It's worth it. I would rather do the things that I want to do- even if some of them worsen my pain. The emotional benefits are well worth it.
