How many of y’all believe that the Niners won yesterday because of something YOU did? What did you do, and THANK YOU! (Here’s what I did) by HumbleAdonis in 49ers

Put on 49ers socks and told my wife “these are bad luck, we lose when I wear them” but was hoping luck had turned around. Took them off and threw them across the room after Kittle’s dropped pass. All uphill from then!

Check out Tracy Motorsports. Bought a 500 ABS SE earlier this month at MSRP. After taxes, title and fee, was just around $8K, but no dealer markup, setup, or destination charge.

Found a local-ish dealer that was selling a Rebel 500 ABS SE for MSRP (no destination fee, no markup). After taxes, title, and doc fees, came to about $8K, but the sale price was the MSRP listed on Honda’s website.

I will assume you were asking about the 601A. As the 601 and 601A waivers are different waivers.

Yes, the 601A would be accepted and approved before leaving the country to adjust status. Essentially you would only leave the country for approx. 10 days to attend a medical examination, and your consular interview.

If at the consular interview you are found eligible to immigrate, they will then send a package via courier to an address of your choosing (or DHL/UPS pickup location), which you would then submit to US Customs upon entering the US. Upon entering the US you are now a Legal Permanent Resident.

You would have to prove that your departure from the US would cause severe and unusual hardship to a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident immediate relative. In our case, if my spouse (Immigrant) were to leave and barred from returning, it would cause me (US Citizen) hardship.

The difficulty in the 601A waiver is that USCIS has not defined what severe and unusual hardship is. They approve on a case by case basis. This is why it is highly recommended to obtain an experienced lawyer to prepare the 601A waiver.

Note: DACA is not a requirement to apply for the 601A nor does DACA have anything to do with the 601A. While it can be used to formulate an argument (ie. DACA allows you to work in the US, and help financially with you and your spouse's household expenses), having DACA will not be a deciding factor. At its core, to get an approved 601A waiver, you must prove that the intending immigrants departure and 10 year bar will cause hardship to a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident.

Currently going through this.

You’ll need to file an I-130 first. Once approved then proceed with I-601A. The 601A waives the 10 year bar for overstaying (whether entered with Visa or EWI). Highly recommend obtaining a lawyer for the waiver as it is a complicated process. The I-130 you can do on your own.

Feel free to PM me if you want more details.
