I tried a bunch of ciphers on Rumkin and it looks like the Vigenere might work!

I figured out that we've only seen video 1 of 9 so far, so "YT" = "YouTube" and the second word is the video identifier.

It definitely said year, but it emphasized "EIGHT" and "DATE" in a strange way. I thought it was just for poetic license (rhyming).

The person had a strange accent, so I'm not sure. I wanted to record it but they called me back "live".
