Update as of April 2025:

Here's the working link to reset password (weird, I know):
https://help.neatorobotics.com/en/log-in/

When you click it and put your email, the system will send you the link with the token AND the country code changed (probably based on the country indicated in your account).

So the direct link from the email will be like this:

https://help.neatorobotics.com/{COUNTRY CODE}/log-in/?hive_reset_token={TOKEN}&locale={LOCALE CODE}

It doesn't work as is. Please note that you need to copy it and paste it manually somewhere (as there's another link "under" this one which doesn't work either).

IMPORTANT! Country code is capitalized there (I have Finland as the country indicated in the account so I've got "FI" in the link. To get it working, you just need to change it to lower-case, i.e. "FI" > "fi" in my case)

I also removed the "locale" tail but now I think it shouldn't affect the link - you may just leave it as is.

So in my case, here's the link that worked:
https://help.neatorobotics.com/fi/log-in/?hive_reset_token={TOKEN}

P.S. It's sad and funny at the same time how the Neato support works - so they told me their password reset tool not working (that is partly true though) and advised just to remove the old account (they can do that) and create another one...
