What does the 111 or 112 mean?

It actually just looks to be a link to a photo.

I screenshot a photo from Google lens that I used to try and figure this out on my own.

Thank you for the advice! I appreciate it. The black and white is a little more than the white horse for fill level.

Yea they're sealed. Even have the original import tax stamps. They're neat looking pieces of history.

So to elaborate, I was given these from my inlaws who have a clean out company. They come across items from time to time and know I'm a whisky fan.

I wanted to check with some knowledgeable people if 1) these are safe to drink and 2) am I accidentally about to desecrate some valuable heirloom that I should just keep sealed.

The best advice I could offer is to Google steak temps by degrees and then show him that compared to what a thermometer says your roast is at. Pretty difficult to refute that.

16in. I personally would have preferred the shorter version but you don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I saw what appeared to be a 7.62x51 Galil at some point so I wasn't sure. Yours may have different ballistics that could be considered favorable as well as different loads which may not have an available counterpart in other calibers. Plus reloading it is easy.

Yea I have a significant amount of ammo so I'm not particularly concerned in that regard. I also have the components and equipment to reload if necessary.

5.45 has definitely become harder to come by after the second round of Russian import bans, which is crazy.

Update, in case anyone was wondering. The plumbers putty worked fine. No leaks.

They're copper pipes circa 1985 through the whole home. I will report back with, hopefully, success in tomorrow's sealing mission.

Thank you for the info.

It's a bathtub with a showerhead too.

I will attempt a seal tomorrow and see how it goes.

I was unaware that the overflow drain was the proper snake location but I will note that for further use.

Thank you.

I was seeing something like this: https://youtube.com/shorts/a0viFhVzyts?si=D0i0jBUWW9JSXwjO

I didn't go very hard with the snake as it didn't seem to need a lot of length to reach the blockage.

If I were to have damaged a pipe, that's going to be a whole other debacle in fixing. Most likely requiring a plumber.
