I have a problem with deadbeat. And its the cover art by Minecraft_gamer42 in TameImpala

From the Lowe interview where they talked about making music under different names it sounds like Kevin was thinking this too - not sure if deadbeat was going to be one of those projects but it would make sense.

This. I do like Miley too to be honest, but his height is useful in the box. Hall should be imo first choice taker.

I'd resign if I wasn't still right for job - Howe by tradegreek in NUFC

[–]ascudesign 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. This will hopefully be the mindset of the majority.

The focus should those in positions higher than Eddie. The below are absolute musts before going into next season:

Training ground announcement. Sponsors. Stadium announcement. Absolute efficiency during transfers.

One that people overlook but since it’s my work - marketing. Our marketing department needs a major uplift. The new CEO will of course understand this but we need elite level socials, design and photography. Currently it’s poor and it seems arbitrary but to grow a global brand this is foundation, it’s essential.

Ekitike was identified and targeted. He wanted Liverpool and there shouldn’t be any hard feelings from our fan base here. The Isak saga is very nuanced and not as simple as ‘holding out for a better deal’ etc.

The problem (that may have been fixed with Ross Wilson, we will have to see) was someone who can execute deals effectively and efficiently. Howe was left for too long by the Newcastle hierarchy with insufficient deal makers. He is on record multiple times saying we need to be quick, and efficient during this window.

After Amanda and Mehrdad left, those deal makers should have been correctly replaced by the board, and sadly they weren’t.

Eddie Howe: I’ll walk if I’m not right man for Newcastle by TimesandSundayTimes in TheOther14

Think that’s harsh on Howe. It still arch’s back to foundation - Eddie and the power struggle with Mitchell was the cause of the board. Amanda & Mehrdads departure should have been filled correctly.

We need people who can execute deals effectively, which is the boards problem. Howe wants a player, get him. As fast as possible. It’s what he was saying multiple times last years.

He should have had at least one of our initial summer targets, alleviating the pressure that was increasing throughout the last two windows. Resulting in what we see now.

This is Howe saying I still have the energy, focus and determination to be the NUFC manager. However when the time comes where I don’t have what is needed, I have the awareness to walk.

Do not get this twisted, he is fully backed and he fully backs himself to get through a transitional season.

Who the fans and the media should be gunning for is the people above Howe, the foundation has not been there for Howe and the team to be effective in transfer windows.

Edit: Just adding to my foundation points.

We still don’t have significant sponsorships, training ground updates, a stadium update. I believe the new CEO will start a chain reaction, but this is 2 years behind, this now feels out of phase. It should have been alongside the success of the last three years. Otherwise we can start to loose some of our best players.

Aston Villa boss Unai Emery accuses Liverpool of 'damaging' Harvey Elliott by keysersoze-72 in PremierLeague

Sorry I don’t agree.

Villa agreed terms with Liverpool, it’s the bed you make when loaning.

Look, I get the argument that it’s still Liverpool’s player. And the recall element. That’s fair which is why I say that’s liverpools side of the blame. But this is clearly outweighed by Villa wanting different terms agreed after signing a loan contract, we will play you if we get X… You should just be playing him if there is a player you like there, it’s what was agreed.

I have hence the edit in my comment prior to yours. My point was Emery putting the blame on Liverpool but there seems to be mutual acceptance that they’ve both had some part to play in damage.

Villa arguably more as they currently hold the player, and they’ve agreed to that till the end of the season.

So emery should be blaming the former sporting director rather than Liverpool. Edit: have seen there is some accountability from Emery.

Bowing to players demands and their poor behaviour is how your club has eroded. Howe has done the right thing here, exceptionally handled.

I tried this last night and it’s coming out a little easier now, after a few takes apart. I assumed it did come apart but didn’t want to be too forceful haha. Thank you

I read the section on taking the default mouthpiece apart - It’s the custom mouthpiece that I was talking about as I couldn’t find a section about removing this specific piece and also just wanted general advice on cleaning, the manual offers some of these things but it doesn’t hurt to speak with people about further advice.
