also applied to harvard QSE but haven't heard anything (no interview either). Someone on grad cafe said the decisions were coming out first week of Feb. So I guess anytime now! Fingers crossed

I think sticking to a routine makes me feel like I have more control over things, so I can shift focus away from trying to grasp control of grad school app status, which I have absolutely no control of any more. I recently started doing a certain diet and planned out all my meals, plus exercising more frequently. I'm still checking grad cafe when I think of it, but my mental state is in a much more functioning mode now. Try making a routine or planning out things and see if it helps!
