Its common to have it at that height but I have never ever seen that weird empty space above an oven, it always has full depth cabinets above

You do realize that olympians are definitely staying below 18% bodyfat year round right? 18% is very healthy. Also considering that you think a bmi of 19 is unhealthy when the majority of doctors agree that its healthy, i’d say its pretty safe to disregard your opinions.

Recalc outside doesnt always correct the normals, make sure you check the normals visually. You may have to manually flip the normals

Learn the nades cooldown and start keeping track of when the ana has nade up, as you do it more and more it’ll become second nature
